Annual Homeowners Meeting 2020

This year’s meeting will be held via Zoom. We will start the meeting one hour early on Zoom to enable those of you new to Zoom, to figure out any technical glitches. If you experience any problems then email orencomeadowsorg@gmail.com and we will try to help you get on.

Zoom will ask for your name before you're put into the waiting room. Enter your first and last name. The Board will use your full name to verify that you’re a homeowner and move you into the meeting.

On the AGENDA, are the following main issues:

Progress Report for 2019-2020

We will provide updates on all actions taken since the last Annual Meeting. 

VOTE TO CAP OUT RENTALS as a percentage of the neighborhood 

As per our by-laws, we need to take this decision jointly with the residents and implement this by majority consensus. 

BUDGET and PLANS for 2020-2021

We will go over the budget, reserve and planned actions.

ANNUAL DUES 2020-2021

We will announce the HOA fee for next year. 

RESIDENT QUESTIONS

We will address any issues or concerns that any resident may have.

Please plan to attend this important event. Note that the HOA is run by volunteers and we are all working towards the same goal; maintain and increase the value of our homes and our neighborhood. It takes effort, planning and time to execute upon all matters pertaining to the HOA so we ask that as residents, you take this one opportunity to come together as a community, bring your ideas, and thank the volunteers or seek resolution for any issues.
